Prevent Child Abuse Iowa Seeking New Executive Director

Prevent Child Abuse Iowa is seeking a new Executive Director as Liz Cox has accepted a new position with Polk County Health Services. The Executive Director will lead the organization and cultivate a strengths-based approach to creating safe and happy childhoods for all Iowa kids. Through visionary and empowering leadership, the Executive Director will nurture staff development and work with the Board of Directors, multiple partners, diverse supporters and communities across Iowa to further the organization’s mission.

Liz Cox will transition to part-time status beginning May 1^st and will work with the Board of Directors, staff, partners and incoming Executive Director to ensure a smooth transition. Liz will also provide continued support for the Connections Matter program.
