The 2023 Child Abuse Prevention Conference is May 9 & 10, 2023. This year’s theme is By Design: Creating Spaces Where Children Thrive.

Child abuse is preventable, and as they saying goes an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. This year we’re celebrating the successful spaces where children thrive and the people who help design those spaces ― parents and caregivers in the home, teachers in classrooms, peers on the playground, and beyond. We’ll be hearing about thriving with home visiting, in courtrooms, through juvenile justice, in foster care, and many other areas from many other experts.

No matter what space a child is in, we all want it to be a space where they can thrive.
